Mother’s Day Dining at Peatzeria 2019

Are you looking for a special way to treat your Mum this Mother’s Day? Then, why not come along and enjoy our special menu on Sunday 31st March? Here at Peatzeria we have got a superb Mother’s Day dining experience planned. Our head chef Paul has been busy creating a mouth-watering menu. Be it lunch or dinner, we have it covered, and all those Mum’s out there are sure to be spoiled!

So what’s on the Menu?

You can view our special Mother’s Day Restaurant Menu here. 

Firstly, choose between Roasted Italian tomato and basil soup with crisp croutons and Italian cured ham with honeydew melon on an artichoke and watercress salad.

Next, for mains, you can devour a plate of traditional roast chicken in a large Yorkshire pudding filled with crispy roast potatoes, savoy cabbage, and a red wine gravy. Or how about some linguine with roast butternut squash, spinach, sage and creamy dolce-latte cheese?

Finally, to sweeten things up, you can dive into some delicious home-made sticky toffee pudding with butterscotch sauce or zap it up with raspberry and Botanist Gin cheesecake topped with a berry compote! Yum! And for those ice-cream lovers out there we have a divine choice of Porelli’s ice cream in a crisp brandy snap basket. 

Additionally, we have a choice of traditional hand-stretched classic pizzas. Plus, a smaller appetites menu for children and those who don’t want to eat as much! 

A Day out in Bowmore

After eating in our Bowmore restaurant, on the beautiful Scottish island of Islay, there are lots of attractions to enjoy nearby for the whole family. There’s Islay Nature Centre in Port Charlotte, where you can learn all about our local wildlife. Get up close to the island’s sea birds and marine life with Islay Sea Adventures boat trips. Or, soak up the scenery on land, with a family walk along one of our stunning beaches. If you’re not sure where to start, simply pop into Bowmore iCentre in the Square, and the local experts there will find the perfect activity for you and your group.
